Summary:                    [patch] 'core show settings' should show all
settable directories
Description: 
Make 'core show settings' show all directories that one may set through
asterisk.conf's [directories] sesction.

Specifically I think it would help to have the datadir and vardir shown,
as a distro or two set it to some non-default values :-)
