Description: 
This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

hemanshurpatel: yeah, I was pretty sure that was the case...but I thought I
might get lucky somehow. I'll go ahead and add real support for multiple
sessions.
