Summary:                    [patch] Clear received caller ID number and name on
DADHI hangup
Description: 
The received caller ID number and name isn't cleared when a DAHDI channel
is hungup.

Only channels with callerid=asreceived are affected.

Actually it looks like I am wrong, cid_num and cid_name are getting cleared
earlier up in dahdi_hangup.

Please close this issue.
