Summary: [patch] Update to new local channel documentation
Description:
Referencing issue https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=16637
In the section of documentation for "when to use the /n option"... the
scenarios aren't what they should be to explain the issues...
Here's updated documentation for 1.4/1.6 ... it someone would be kind
enough to tex it up, that would be nice.

Also, any chance you could do it for the .tex and the .txt files?
