Summary: [patch] Exchange Web Service calendaring support
Description:
I created support for Exchange 2007 and 2010 calendars using Exchange Web
Service as my bachelor thesis.

Its based on Terry Wilson's calendaring module.

It was tested on my employer's Exchange 2010 server and it works right.

Confirming this issue, thanks! If there is more work to do here, then it
may make sense to get Russell to build you a team branch so you can
continue doing work there. If most of the work is done except for some
minor things, then I'd just say you can upload additional patches going
forward, and we can delete the old ones as we go.

This will also need to go up on reviewboard when you feel you're ready to
get some additional feedback from developers.

Thanks for the feature!
