The bug happens several times a day.

Please could somebody take a look at this and try to figure out what is
going on here and why this bug occurs.
At one of our customers this issue occurs weekly. Even when Asterisk is
compiled with DONT_OPTIMIZE. 

Around 300 SIP peers are registered at this PBX and mostly they have more
than 20 active calls.
