Summary:                    [patch] [regression] DTMF Relaying appers broken
Description: 
When accepting calls from a SIP provider (VoxBone) and then terminating to
another provider (any SIP termination), DTMF signals will not pass
utilizing RFC2833 configuration.

I have made a change to the 1.4, 1.6.0, 1.6.1, 1.6.2 branches and trunk
that may affect this issue. Can you please check out the code from svn and
see if it fixes the problem for you?
