Description: 
In voicemail.conf, user configuration is as follows:

903 =>
1234,User1,user at test.net,,attach=no|saycid=no|envelope=no|delete=no

voicemail notification email with an attachment is still sent.

Sorry for the delay in answering this question.  The backend I'm using is
the default associated with installation of 1.6.2.2 which is the flatfile
directory structure.
