Summary:                    asterisk 1.6.2.6-rc2 has core show locks where
DEBUG_CHANNEL_LOCKS is not set
Description: 
I compiled with these Compiler Flags (make menuconfig):

DONT_OPTIMIZE
DEBUG_THREADS
LOADABLE_MODULES
MALLOC_DEBUG

but have core show locks and as result issue

DEBUG_CHANNEL_LOCKS is apparently something that is not useful for much of
anything, and has a misleading name. mmichelson is of the opinion it should
just be removed. Issue closed.
