Asterisk keeps crashing after a few seconds. It seems that the issue lies
in the odbc connection.

In this case, I don't believe that the driver is at fault.  It appears to
be a memory corruption issue.  The fault can probably be tracked if you
follow the instructions in doc/valgrind.txt.
