Summary:                    [patch] Enable opening an audio stream post-startup
Description: 
This enables EAGI functionality after the point of startup, via the
commands:

open audio tcp hostname portno
open audio udp hostname portno

as well as closing the audio with the command:

close audio

This will permit audio to be streamed to a remote AGI server, similar to
how EAGI works today, except that EAGI today does not permit audio to be
served to a remote AGI.

I'm closing this out since I see that the reviewboard patch was discarded,
so I assume that means you've decided not to proceed with pushing for this.
