Summary: [patch] MusicOnHold ignores realtime when no
musiconhold.conf classes configured.
Description:
Asterisk disables MusicOnHold when no classes configured in
musiconhold.conf file, or file is not exists. But it's not correct when
realtime is using for moh.
I made a patch to get through of this.
Hope it will be usefull.
