Summary:                    [patch][feature] Add device state capabilities to
ConfBridge (similar to MeetMe)
Description: 
I've attached a short patch which adds custom device states to the
ConfBridge application.  Use the "confbridge:<name>" syntax, where <name>
is the name or number passed as the first parameter to ConfBridge.

This functionality and syntax matches the device state handling in MeetMe
