Summary:                    When transfering call, sound disappear.
Description: 
I went into a trouble, when I patched asterisk version 1.4.29, with the
latest patch from issue https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=8824. To my
great regret this issue is already closed, so i started a new. 

The problem is that after some working period transfer of calls works
incorrectly. For example transfer succeded, but after transaction one user
can hear second user, but second user don't hear anything.

I'm not sure what we can do here. This really feels like something that
should be on the asterisk-users mailing list, because the backport is
provided as a gift, but isn't supported as it is not merged into Asterisk
1.4. There isn't much we can do with this issue unless the community wishes
to help.
