In the section of documentation for "when to use the /n option"... the
scenarios aren't what they should be to explain the issues...

Here's updated documentation for 1.4/1.6 ... it someone would be kind
enough to tex it up, that would be nice.

The scenarios were actually correct... I screwed up in monkeying on my own
system... updated my updates with the proper updates!  Now we're much more
descriptive, and it should hopefully be clear to people new to local
channels.
