Summary:                    [patch] unable to exit echo application with '#'
Description: 
When dialling in through ISDN into the echo application for testing
purposes
the # isn't recognised.

Seems as though 'NULL' frametype cause issues.

fixes ability to exit echo app

when called from a ISDN channel, null frames prevent '#' exit.
Now only echo back VOICE and DTMF frames
