Summary:                    Locked PRI spans
Description: 
PRI spans are becoming locked/hung. If a asterisk tries to initiate a call
on the locked/hung span the call times-out.

Resetinterval is set to 300 seconds. In the asterisk logs we see "Restart
on requested on entire span 1" and the only channels that gets restarted is
.. "B-channel 0/2 restarted on span 1"

For some reason it is always channel 2 ??
