Summary:                    Too easy to lose bug report if session expires, etc.
Description: 
I have just lost two attempts to submit a detailed bug report because
Mantis has cleared the form.  The first was a security token error when I
submitted, presumably an expired cookie.  For the second one, I think I
accidentally clicked a mouse button and got a page/session expired message,
but when I backe up the form was empty.

If Mantis is deliberately blanking the form in scripting, please could
this be disabled.

I'd suggest reporting this to the Mantis project as that is likely the best
location to have this fixed.
