Summary: Parsing error in extconfig.conf results in seg fault
Description:
If extconfig.conf contains:

 sippeers => mysql,general,sip_buddies

without a preceding context then when connecting to asterisk with
"asterisk -r" it reports an error:

 parse error: No category context for line 1 of
/etc/asterisk/extconfig.conf

but then it seg faults in read_config_maps () at config.c:415
