https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=17363 is a collision between a channel
redirect and the removal
(optimisation) of a local channel following a bridge.  The important side
is the local channel, because the masquerade is done in two steps, so it is
possible for a conflicting masquerade to intervene.
