[Oct 12 11:26:07] WARNING[1684] channel.c: Fixup failed on channel
Local/1127-0004132c4403-1 at DialLine-3d9b;1<MASQ>, strange things may
happen.
[Oct 12 11:26:07] WARNING[1684] channel.c: Hangup failed!  Strange things
may happen!
[Oct 12 11:26:07] WARNING[1684] channel.c: Failed to perform masquerade
[Oct 12 11:26:07] WARNING[1684] channel.c: Channel
'Local/1127-0004132c4403-1 at DialLine-3d9b;1' may not have been hung up
properly

The bug happens several times a day.

@davidw: I agree that issue https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=17363 seems
related, but if that is the case
it would mean that the ChanRedirect feature invokes similar behavior as
when Local Channels are being removed from the channels list during a
bridge.

So I'm a wrong in saying we might need to look towards the code
responsible for cleaning up bridged channels?
