Summary: [patch] [regression] Calling Number assignment logic
change in libpri 1.4.11.
Description:
I've upgraded libpri 1.4.10.2 to 1.4.11.2 and I've found that I see another
calling number for incoming calls now. The problem is that there is two
calling number in the setup message (supplied by the interworking PBX) and
libpri now supply the second number. In older libpri (1.4.10.2) it supplied
the first. The parser function is different.

IIRC Q.931 states that the calling party IE must not be repeated.
But as Klaus already stated that is done quite regularly.
Two network provided numbers are indeed quite strange however.

After we had the topic of two calling party numbers on IRC I was actually
thinking about opening a feature request. Now I will put it here:

In the rather common case of an unscreened and a network provided number,
what do you guys think of putting them into CALLERID(num) and CALLERID(ANI)
respectively? I think that would make most sense.
