Summary: [patch] Added response timeout option to SendFax()
appliation
Description:
Now configurable via p(timout) option how long we will wait for remote fax.
Now we can avoid waiting for WATCHDOG_STATE_TIMEOUT (5mins) expiry if the
called party is not a fax and don't hangup. The patch is from my
asterisk-1.6.0.9 production system, I think it is not difficult apply on
the trunk.
