Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

I got the 1.6.2.9 patch up and running tonight, but having some mixed
results.

My topology is: Sending Fax -> Cisco/Linksys SPA2102 ATA -> SIP ->
Asterisk -> PRI -> PSTN

The sending fax I am testing with is a Ricoh Aficio 7001MP which is a big
multifunction copier/fax/printer/etc.

I seem to have absolutely excellent results when faxing to myself (Out the
PRI, back in the same PRI to Asterisk -> IAXmodem -> Hylafax). I can see
T.38 happening on every call.

However getting mixed results when faxing to other numbers T.38
negotiation doesn't seem to always happen and best I can tell is that
app_fax is not detecting the call is a fax. On the faxes to myself I see
asterisk detecting the CED tones, when sending to other numbers it seems
hit and miss about if it detects CED and I have yet to see it detect CNG.

Anybody else having similar issues?
