Summary: chan_gtalk and app_jack don't work together when
originating a call from the CLI
Description:
For some reason, the following command does not work :
CLI> originate gtalk/gtalk_account/p*******@gmail.com application Jack
i(system:playback_1)o(system:capture_1)
The Googletalk account is actually called, but the call hangs up as soon
as it's been accepted by the Googletalk buddy.
j**********@googlemail.com => Asterisk's Gtalk account (gtalk_account)
p**********@gmail.com => the Gtalk buddy to call
