Summary:                    asterisk not hanging up
Description: 
we've updated to asterisk 1.4.33. but we're noticing that when calls come
in asterisk does not hangup the call consistently. i have the follow
defined in my extensions.conf 

exten =>7133313342,1,Answer
exten =>7133313342,2,Wait(1)
exten =>7133313342,3,Hangup

when calls are placed, 1 out of 2 calls never gets hanged up. Anyone has a
fix for this?
