Summary: Attended transfers not working with IP phones
Description:
Hi All ,
I have installed asterisk version 1.4.31 on one of our servers .
In features.conf I have set atxfer => https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=0.
So let us say Person A (using IP phone logs in as an agent) is speaking
with Person B (customer an inbound call) and then A tries to do an attended
transfer to Person C . So A presses https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=0
,gets transfer message, B gets MOH
, A dials Person C , speak with person C . Then A press * to bridge the
call between B & C. When A presses * nothing happens. But if A is using a
softphone it is working properly. Could anyone please help me out.
Thanks in advance ,
Vinu
