Summary:                    Unknown IE when CallerID prohibited
Description: 
It would appear that we get an Unknown IE of 240 sometimes (BRI, PtP,
EuroISDN) and I think it is when the caller has hidden their callerid. See
pri intense debug below.

I seem to remember seeing elsewhere that this was actually a problem with
the driver setting the length incorrectly. I haven't seen this for ages so
mark as fixed.
