Summary:                    Unknown IE when CallerID prohibited
Description: 
It would appear that we get an Unknown IE of 240 sometimes (BRI, PtP,
EuroISDN) and I think it is when the caller has hidden their callerid. See
pri intense debug below.

The vast majority of the work done for 1.4.11.2 was done for EuroISDN, so
there is a good chance this may already be resolved.
