Hi,

 I found out bug in whisper mode in 1.6.1.8
A = agent

A calls B

C dials in and stats chanspy in whisper mode. When C says sth to A then B
hears delayed "gaps" in audio from "A"

I've also noticed that whisper is not working on 1.6.x branches. Has this
issue being resolved?
