This patch no longer applies to trunk cleanly.  In addition, I would
suggest that you conform to the existing options in
contrib/init.d/etc_default_asterisk, as this file will be installed to
/etc/sysconfig/asterisk on Fedora.  This ensures ease of direction across
multiple distributions of Linux.  If you'd like additional options to be
specified in this configuration file, we're amenable to those suggestions.
