Summary:                    [patch] CallerID name not transmitted on versions of
LibPRI after 1.4.10.2
Description: 
I've got two friends who have upgraded to LibPRI versions after 1.4.10.2,
and both report missing CallerID name after the upgrade.

In one case, the PRI is simply an E1-crossover between two Asterisk
servers.  In the other, Asterisk is the CPE side of the connection.  (In
both, CallerID name isn't received by the CPE side.)

Thanks Richard... that patch seems to have solved the problem.  With the
patch applied, we now get CallerID name again.
