Thanks for the submission, but per a discussion on our meeting today, we
are unable to move your issues forward simply with the backtrace file. You
will need to be able to provide additional debugging information, and in
some cases valgrind output in order to move issues forward.

If you are unable to provide this information from either your production
system or by reproducing on a development system, there is nothing we can
do to resolve this issue.
