Basing myself on the correction for issue 16774 changing some AST_SCHED_DEL
to AST_SCHED_DEL_UNREF, and looking for something like that related to
T.38, here is a small patch that might make it work (for Asterisk 1.6.2
branch, but should apply to 1.6.2.8).
If you have guts you can test it, or else wait for a dev to say how great
or stupid this patch is, as I have really no idea how that works and what
this means... I don't think it should break things badly if it's a wrong
approach, but you never know.
