Summary:                    After the AsteriskNOW 1.7.0 yum update chan_sip and
pbx_config could not initialize
Description: 
Applied AsteriskNow 1.7.0 via yum update. Updated modules in FreePBX as
instructed.

Asterisk is not functional as the dialplan and the SIP configuration fail
to load.

Running Asterisk as root/root for now. That is the only solution I can
find so far short of going back to the old version of AsteriskNOW where
everything worked just fine.

I hope I have provided enough detailed information. Please let me know if
anything else is needed.
