Summary:                    After the AsteriskNOW 1.7.0 yum update chan_sip and
pbx_config could not initialize
Description: 
Applied AsteriskNow 1.7.0 via yum update. Updated modules in FreePBX as
instructed.

Asterisk is not functional as the dialplan and the SIP configuration fail
to load.

Back to square one.

After I went through all the iterations with new version and applied all
FreePBX updates I do not have SIP or Dialplan loaded.

The following shows in the FreePBX Notices window:

Error Failed to copy from module agi-bin

Retrieve conf failed to copy file(s) from a module's agi-bin dir: chmod():
