Summary:                    After the AsteriskNOW 1.7.0 yum update chan_sip and
pbx_config could not initialize
Description: 
Applied AsteriskNow 1.7.0 via yum update. Updated modules in FreePBX as
instructed.

Asterisk is not functional as the dialplan and the SIP configuration fail
to load.

If I try to force reload chan_sip.so I get the following in the log:

[Jun  2 03:09:11] VERBOSE[16551] chan_sip.c: SIP channel loading...
[Jun  2 03:09:11] NOTICE[16551] chan_sip.c: Unable to load config
sip.conf
[Jun  2 03:09:20] NOTICE[16551] loader.c: The module 'chan_sip.so' was not
properly initialized.  Before reloading the module, you must run "module
load chan_sip.so" and fix whatever is preventing the module from being
initialized.


If I try to force relaod pbx_config.so the following is recorded in the
log:

[Jun  2 02:28:38] NOTICE[12987] loader.c: The module 'pbx_config.so' was
not properly initialized.  Before reloading the module, you must run
"module load pbx_config.so" and fix whatever is preventing the module from
being initialized.
