Description: 

Some error/warning messages of the ael parser are missing a final carriage
return, leading to this kind of mess: 

[Jan 24 19:59:43] ERROR[19215]: ast_expr2.y:1057 op_func: Error!
'REALTIME_FIELD' doesn't appear to be an available function![Jan 24
19:59:43] WARNING[19215]: ael/pval.c:2299 check_switch_expr: Warning: file
/etc/asterisk/dialplan/macros/appel.ael, line 180-180: A default case was
automatically added to the switch.
