Summary:                    app_swift text-to-speech engine
Description: 
 		Provides a direct interface into the Cepstral
      		text-to-speech engine for Asterisk eliminating
 		the need to write audio output files to the 
                filesystem and then stream them back out.

 		Also provides multi-digit dtmf recognition with
                a max digits and a wait-for-digit timer very 
                simular to the AGI 'get data' command.


Current makefile gens this:

gcc -I/opt/swift/include -g -Wall -D_REENTRANT -D_GNU_SOURCE -fPIC   -c -o
app_swift.o app_swift.c
gcc -shared -Xlinker -x -o app_swift.so -L/opt/swift/lib -lswift
-lceplang_en -lceplex_us app_swift.o
