Summary:                    [patch] First caller to dynamic conference has to
enter pin number twice
Description: 
If MeetMe is configured to use dynamic conference numbers, then the first
caller (which creates the conference) has to enter the PIN number twice.

Looking at the code, if a matching conference isn't found then one is
created and the user is asked to provide a PIN. Then, the code drops into
the authentication section so the caller is asked again to enter the PIN.
