Summary: Asterisk is restarted to make a single ring
Description:

1 - I make a phone call from a SIP phone to a cisco 7910.
2 - to make the first ring on the phone cisco, take the call.
3 - restart asterisk.

In short, responding to a call in the first ring, there is a core dump. If
I make more than two ring no problem.

Can you also set skinny debugging (skinny set debug on) and include the
contents of the console when the crash occurs.

I can't replicate this issue. What sort of computer is asterisk running
on?
