Summary: pressing 0 in voicemail spawns extension (context,
o, 0)
Description:
We have exten=>o,1 setup correctly. However, pressing 0 in voicemail
spawns extension (context, o, 0). This exits non-zero. Shouldn't pressing
0 spawn extension (context, o, 1)?

This was happening in 1.6.2.8. Upgrading to Asterisk 1.6.2.10 fixed this.
