Summary:                    context from chan_dahdi.conf is cutted in pbx
extensions support, callerid also wrong
Description: 
I observed such issue:
[Jul 29 20:02:29] VERBOSE[4498] pbx.c:   == Starting DAHDI/1-1 at tel,0,1
failed so falling back to exten 's'
while set context is "from-zaptel"

Other example: from-internal -> ernal

With configured extensions "tel" and "ernal" asterisk WORKS but logs
_many_ warnings that may be related if it is struct ast_channel corruption.
