cli cdm 'fax set debug on' has no effect. Dont get any spandsp debug
even with:
debug => debug
console => notice,warning,error,debug
in logger.conf and 'core set debug 3'

dont get any debug messages from spandsp in cli

Ya, we need to document this change.  Try this following for your
logger.conf

console => notice,warning,error,debug,fax
