Summary: show channels shows weird extension for Zaptel
channels.
Description:
Zaptel seems to use the 'DID' of the last incoming zap call on that line
for all outgoing sip / iax calls (sip to ZAP or iax2 to zap) made on that
line.
For most people with PRI's & DID's those extensions will change completely
randomly.
This is not really a bug, but it could confuse people in some specific
cases.
