Summary:                    [patch] Last pause information to queue members
Description: 
Sugestion to add lastpause information to queue members, we don't have this
information on any place, just getting events one by one, sugestion to add
this status to QueueStatus manager information.

I'm sending two versions to discuss, v2 don't have member->paused = 0 on
clear queue and v1 have paused = 0.

We need to talk about this, but i'm thinking on the people and v2 don't
has many changes to actual programming on third softwares.
