I'm facing this type of bug, mine is like
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15609.
Calls arrive in Queue and when connecting to Agent displays

[2010-07-18 17:11:09] WARNING[5393]: channel.c:952 __ast_queue_frame:
Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local/8552 at AGENT-eb6c,1
[2010-07-18 17:11:22] WARNING[5525]: channel.c:952 __ast_queue_frame:
Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local/8528 at AGENT-a90b,1
[2010-07-18 17:12:22] WARNING[6264]: channel.c:952 __ast_queue_frame:
Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local/8533 at AGENT-d608,1

Those warnings seems to happen when agent can not hear the caller from
queue until some seconds (up to 10s) after he pick up the call, and on the
other party the caller in the queue have the musiconhold blanked out for
some second.

We used Asterisk 1.4.21.2 for many months without this delay and recently
this sort of delay appears, we have tried up to run Asterisk 1.4.21.2 with
few calls and still has those symptom. we decide to upgrade to 1.4.33.1 and
the symptom persist with displaying "exceptionally long voice queue" this
also happen with 1.34rc2.

Our asterisk run on bi-quad core 3ghz with 24G of memory.

I tried to fix the issue relaying on the patch
https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=15609 but when this is
applied, agent get phone's ringing and when they pickup hear no voice and
meanwhile the caller from queue still hear music on hold.

Should i open new issue or this relate to this issue?
