Summary: After placing a call on hold the MoH does not stop
Description:
Phone Fanvil BW210 connected by SIP protocol
Incomming channel correct switch to hold (by pressing Hold key on phone)
and never unhold (MOH stay playing). This issue only with incoming call,
hold/unhold outgoing calls work correct.
On Asterisk 1.4.33 hold/unhold work correctly

There is a good chance this is an issue with the phone. Please test with
something else like X-Lite and see if you can reproduce it. The chances
this is a bug in that particular phone you're using is high -- I've never
heard of it.
