both servers
Description: 
I have the same problem with asterisk 16-1.6.0.21_2 on freebsd 7.2. this
problem is described in issue 12902.

I use SIP-IAX-IAX-SIP scheme. No video on the other side, and only noise
instead of sound with softphon kapanga. If I use SIP-SIP scheme, everything
works fine with softphon kapanga only. x-lite and eyebaem do not show
video. 

Unknown rtp codec 126 received from x.x.x.x in log file with x-lite.

here. 

There is not enough information to move this issue forward.

Please provide both configuration information for reproducing the setup
along with console output and debugging output for all call paths.
