Summary:                    Duplicate of 0016402 - dahdi show channels does not
show an outgoing call -  with patch
Description: 
bluefox reported that dahdi show channels does not show outgoing channels,
but the issue was closed due to lack of a patch. I have developed a simple
patch to remedy this.
